		<description>totally agree...i came across google alerts about a year ago and am a huge believer (hallelujah). they make me look like a superstar at work by keeping me on top of competitor news, industry trends, etc. 

i usually even get google alerts before our PR agency has had a chance to notify me of media hits for the brand (TCBY) that i work on.</description>
