Desired Skills
- Standards-compliant HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, table-less layouts (without using a WYSIWYG tool like Dreamweaver)
- PHP, C#, Java
- MySQL, SQL Server, stored procedures and SQL
- Extreme attention to detail (ability to program a website that looks exactly like the design file)
- Candidate should be aware of cross browser/platform compatibility issues
- AJAX experience is desirable
